The surface of the product retains a beautiful appearance for years and requires only a little care under standard conditions of use.
Installation of our products is easy and intuitive. The bathtubs have properly designed bottoms, so you don’t have to shoe the floor for siphon installation.
Included with the bathtub is a click-clack siphon in chrome finish, and for an additional fee you can order a white click-clack finish to match the product’s matte or gloss finish. Similarly, for the sink we have the necessary accessories – drains and siphons in chrome and white finishes. You can order all of them in the showroom together with Inbalia products.

Any customer can order the service of cutting holes for faucets in the shelves of our wall-mounted bathtubs. Fill out the hole specification form for your faucet and submit it along with your bathtub order to your showroom.
We also cut a hole in the wall of the Samoa freestanding washbasin – necessary for connecting a drain in the wall if your bathroom does not have a drain outlet in the floor.
Fill out the hole cutting form and submit it together with the order for the Samoa washbasin in your living room.
Minor damage and scratches can be repaired by yourself with the Aquastone repair kit. This does not mean that our products are easily damaged, on the contrary, the protective coating is hard and scratch resistant. The advantage that our technology gives is the repairability of the surface in case of mechanical damage. No other material, neither ceramic, nor steel, nor acrylic, is repairable. Only the life of our products can be extended with the help of a repair kit – order it from your salon.
All complaints about products purchased in stores must be reported to the store where the purchase was made. The seller is obliged to accept the complaint and fill out the appropriate complaint form with the customer.
All our products have the appropriate approvals for use.
